Grass Lake Goes All Out for the Fourth
Every year on the Fourth of July, Grass Lake reminds its residents exactly why they love this little town. The parade floats, the smell of Chicken BBQ drifting through the park, the laughter echoing off the water during the Cardboard Boat Races — it all adds up to something that's hard to put into words but impossible to forget.
This year's celebration was no exception. The community came out in full force to honor Independence Day the Grass Lake way — with patriotism, food, and a whole lot of fun on the water.

The Parade
The July 4th parade is a Grass Lake tradition that never gets old. Floats, flags, and community pride on full display — this year's procession brought out smiles from Main Street to the park.
Chicken BBQ
No Grass Lake Fourth is complete without the Chicken BBQ. The lines were long, the chicken was perfect, and the company was even better. A true community gathering in every sense.
Cardboard Boat Races
The fan favorite of the day — the Cardboard Boat Races. Competitors put their engineering skills (and optimism) to the test on the water, delivering plenty of laughs and cheers from the crowd. Some boats made it. Some did not. All of them made memories.
